- Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- Processing fees may be deducted from the refund amount

Important Notice: If you bought the 'User' and/or the 'Server' plan, you can't ask for a refund and get the premium plan instead. Any case will be denied.
